Past perfect continuous
Declarative -
       subject + had + been + Ving
        I had been writing my homework since morning.
           He had been reading the book for two hours.
Yes/no -  had + subject + been + Ving
       Had I been writing a book?
    Had he been reading the book since morning ?
W.h. word question -
    w.h. word + had + subject +been + Ving
            What had I been writing ?
     Where had he been reading the book ?
Negative -
subject + had + not + been + Ving
             I had not been writing a book.
          He had not been reading the book.
