  Present perfect
Declarative - subject + has/have + V3
                      I have written a book.
                      He has drunk the juice.
Yes/no - has/have + subject + V3
                Have I written a book ?
                Has he drunk the juice ?
W.h. word question -
         w.h. word + has/have + subject + V3
            What have I written ?
            When has he drunk the juice ?
Negative - subject + has/have + not + V3
             I have not written a book.
             He has not drunk the juice.
