Declarative - obj + was/were +being + V3
             A. I was eating rice.
             P. Rice was being eaten by me.
Yes/no - was/were + obj + being + V3
              A. Was I eating rice?
              P. Was rice being eaten by me ?
W.h. word question -
w.h. word + was/were + obj + being +V3
         A. Why was I eating rice ?
         P. Why was rice being eaten by me ?
Negative -
       obj + was/were + not + being + V3
            A. I was not eating rice.
            P. Rice was not being eaten by me.
